Developed in Informix-4GL, this package provides real estate settlement companies a complete file processing and closing product including title search, preparation, title binder and policy. Title Source Pro contains a complete document preparation package that allows the users to prepare all the bank documents with data merged from the file database. All documentation including HUD form and supporting documentation, and all checks and deposit tickets are printed on plain paper and support HP Laser Jet printers. This package has been developed, maintained and enhanced for over 13 years and is used by multiple companies. The TSP package consists of over 200,000 lines of code and over 350 data entry screens.
